Panoramic view of the Ochil hills as a backdrop to the Wallace monument in the middle distance and the statue of King Robert the Bruce on the castle esplanade in the foreground. I tried to get this shot with the Bruce's statue aligned as close as possible to the Wallace monument, in order to emphasise the continuity between the two men's contribution to the struggle for Scottish independence.
